| Abstract | The objective of this research is to design and develop a low-cost, non-invasive tongue-operated, customized and programmable USB HID keyboard with interface circuitry, known as TiC (Tongue Interface Communication), an Assistive Technology (AT) device with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) capabilities for individuals with severe physical impairments and communication deficiencies to effectively communicate and control their environment. |
