Abstract | We decided to do our project on gluten and gluten free products. We wanted to determine if gluten free products were more appealing to people than products that have gluten in them. Also, we show what gluten products have that gluten free products don't have. We also compare the nutritional facts, costs, taste, etc., between gluten and gluten free products. |
