| Abstract | My project is entitled 'Bringing Home More Than Homework: Collecting, Culturing, Gram-Staining Bacteria, Using Oil-Immersion microscopy.' The purpose of my science experiment is to detect what sort of bacteria is present on objects that students transport home from school. This project involves swabbing various objects for bacteria and culturing it and then gram-staining the bacteria and examining it using an oil-immersion microscope. |
