Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine if the action plans implemented by the City of Hamilton or related association has shown any improvements in Hamilton’s water quality. Specifically, the levels of phosphate and nitrate in three key areas: Hamilton Harbour, Spencer’s Creek, and Cootes Paradise. This study will determine if samples meet present water quality standards.
