Abstract Pulmonary fibrosis is a progressive lung disease where current medical practices fall short, forcing patients to rely on manual prognosis predictions of lung function—a process that is both time-intensive and error-prone. This project aims to develop an innovative prediction model capable of delivering accurate and efficient prognosis forecasts for pulmonary fibrosis by leveraging machine learning algorithms.
