Abstract The main purpose of our project was to assess what can improve or hinder the efficacy of mRNA Vaccines pertaining to pancreatic cancer. Within this project, we explore the mRNA folding problem by using bioinformatics tools to optimize pancreatic cancer cell lines, and understand how the conditions of the human body can affect the administration process of the vaccine through RNA extraction.
