| Abstract |
Pollution levels in Lake Ontario have been rising for the past decade. The purpose of this project is to design a sustainable, biomimetic filtration system inspired by marine animals to capture plastic pollution in local waterways. By using principles of fluid dynamics, the device passively collects waste without external power, offering an efficient and eco-friendly way to reduce plastic contamination in rivers and oceans. |
