Abstract The Kastle-Meyer Blood Test is a forensic test which is used to detect traces of blood, but it can sometimes give false positive results because of peroxidase activity in some substances. This experiment explores how different food substances react to the test. The goal is to determine whether animal-based products will show stronger reactions compared to plant-based ones, or if plant-based show stronger results.
