Abstract The purpose of my project is to create a deep learning tool that utilizes sequential capabilities of recurrence neural networks(BiLSTM), and contextual analysis of transformers to predict a codon sequence, incorporating sequential and contextual information of a protein antigen close to Human codon preferences. Aiding in DNA vaccine manufacturing to overcome inadequate immunogenicity for efficient, high quality, cost-effective means of inducing a strong immune response.
