Abstract | The purpose of this project was to investigate how different light conditions affect bacterial growth, with the potential to enhance food preservation, sanitation, and healthcare practices. In food preservation, understanding how UV light inhibits bacterial growth could help develop methods to extend the shelf life of perishable items. By using UV light in food processing or storage, harmful bacteria could be reduced, slowing spoilage and keeping food fresh for longer periods. |
