Abstract When looking at certain digital screens for extended periods of time, blinking rate can decrease. This can dry out the eyes and lead to dry eye disease. This project aims to increase blinking rate, a key cause of dry eye, approximately up to an average 15 blinks per minute. An image recognition neural network is used to detect and encourage blinking.
