K13 : Run For The Greater Good

Abstract The purpose of my project is to better the lives of pets, specifically the ones in pet stores and shelters. They are scared/timid because their environment is unfamiliar and that they don't get to be active. My device would help with that as it would give them a chance to exhaust all of their bottled up energy followed by the release of dopamine.
