| Abstract | Food waste is a major contributor to global hunger and food security worldwide. Nearly a third of food produced is being wasted and 40-50% is mainly vegetables and fruits thrown out because they spoil before use. My project aims to find an innovative solution, utilizing artificial intelligence with temperature sensors to predict the expiry dates of bananas and reduce the amount wasted globally. |
