| Abstract | ?My project explores machine learning's applications in astronomy, specifically star classification. ??I investigate if machine learning can effectively classify stars using the MK classification system. ??Gathering photometric data from over 1000 stars, I calculated their temperatures using Ballesteros formula and python. ??I built and trained three machine learning models on this data and analyzed their outcomes. |
