| Abstract | My project examines the properties of popular health drink kombucha and to see how its properties change as it ferments. I examined antioxidant content, CO2 content and pH. One of kombuchas major properties is its high antioxidant content which is thought to decrease risk of cancer. I think that learning about nutritional foods is important for students my age. |
