Abstract Accurate water quality measurements and soil hydration measurements can help us solve many issues in the world. They can even aid in improving the performance of activities involving agriculture, water treatment, and the tracking of water pollution. There is no device that can both measure factors that influence water quality like TDS, turbidity, and pH as well as the hydration of soil that can also predict said values. There are many settings where information pertaining to the quality of water and soil moisture in these settings has not been gathered. It is crucial to track the water quality and soil hydration to instigate improvements in the well-being of communities and the environment.
