Abstract | The purpose of this experiment is to determine if someone without celiac disease or gluten intolerance feels different after eating only gluten-free food for a week, compared to only eating foods with gluten for the same amount of time. I will be experimenting on myself since I mostly eat gluten-free, then I will eat gluten for one week and compare how I feel. |
