| Abstract | This prototype was designed to help cyclists detect vehicles in the “blind spot” or beside cyclists on roads. The prototype also assists cyclists determine other variables, such as speed, altitude, temperature and more. The prototype is an Arduino based device. There is a display and LEDs warning when a vehicle is on the side of a cyclist so that they can safely maintain distance from the vehicle. |
