Abstract For individuals who have undergone orthopaedic surgery or have had injury to their lower body, there is a graduated process for reinstating mobility. Patients are often challenged with adhering to the weight bearing regimen that a medical professional has prescribed, as it is difficult to perceive when you have met or exceeded weight percentage recommendations.
