Abstract The study aims to explore the function of Toll-like receptor (TLR) 10 using bioinformatics. TLRs are integral part of the innate immune system, but the function of TLR10 remains unknown. Additionally, to elucidating the function of a protein can cost significant amount of time and resources. Bioinformatics strategies developed for the project may assist scientists to make more accurate decision to reduce failure rates.
