| Abstract | The coral reef ecosystem, a nurturing nest to millions of marine species, is currently in severe danger facing water pollution and rising climate change. Zooming out from Eco-concerns, coral reefs possess significant advantages to humans as they protect coastlines from storms or erosion while creating jobs for local communities. The project is an experimental squid-inspired robot prototype that facilitates underwater monitoring of coral reefs. |
