Abstract The purpose of my project is to describe the training effectiveness of a subject when exposed to an annoying repetitive beeping sound. The overall goal of my project is to activate the amygdala to trigger the fight-or-flight response which will increase the subject's outputs of adrenaline, endorphins and cortisol levels, while distracting them from fatigue.
