| Abstract | Grassy Narrows First Nation is located across the English River 21 Indian Reserve and has used the Wabigoon River as a source of water and food since 1962. Between 1962 and 1970, approximately ten tonnes of mercury were discharged into the river, resulting in physical, economic, and social costs. This study aims to analyze four methods of mercury remediation to solve this harrowing crisis. |
