Abstract The topic of comparing calcium levels in different types of milk emerged from my curiosity about optimizing my nutritional intake. With the myriad of milk options available today, ranging from cow's milk to plant-based alternatives like almond and soy milk, I wondered which type provides the most calcium. This investigation is not only academically significant but also personally important, as it directly impacts my health and performance as an athlete.
