H07 : Polyphenols in Moringa

Abstract The purpose was to extract polyphenols from Moringa by Microwave Assisted Extraction(MAE) and then to determine the total amount of polyphenols extracted, using Folin-Ciocalteu phenol reagent. Also it was to determine the antioxidant capacity of the sample by FRAP assay so that it can provide new possible medicinal and anti-aging uses of Moringa.
