Abstract Teenagers on average have been getting significantly less sleep than they’re supposed to. Getting enough sleep during adolescence is crucial for both physical and mental health, as well as ensuring a high degree of effectiveness in school and a healthy future. This project uses inquiry based thinking to determine the effectiveness of several evidence based options to confront this issue.
