Abstract Hepatocellular Carcinoma is an aggressive cancer frequently diagnosed late at an advanced stage, limiting therapeutic interventions. This project presents a design of a probiotic-based therapeutic incorporating CRISPR-engineered genetic circuits with integrated kill switches to enhance specificity and safety. The probiotics are encapsulated in a pill optimized for targeted, safe delivery. Comprehensive evaluations are conducted using biological and genetic simulation software to ensure efficacy and safety.
