| Abstract | The purpose of this project is to obtain and refine an applicable DNA extraction method based on several factors as well as an adequate biomass source from the kingdom Plantae for this method, in the interest of increasing overall viable nucleic acid yield and procedure efficiency for potential use in the production of DNA-based bioplastics. |
