Abstract |
The purpose of my first experiment was to test which foods had the most sugar by using Benedict's solution. Benedict’s solution can’t measure the amount of table sugar (sucrose) that is in food so this experiment won't find all the sugar in the foods but will provide an accurate means of determining the foods with the most sugar. The purpose of my second experiment is to analyze whether individuals of different age groups can determine the sugar content of certain foods based on touch, sight, taste, and smell.
