| Abstract | This project describes the process of systematically researching a specific topic in science, health, and technology. The study was initiated based on personal experience with social media. Recognizing that social media use among young adolescents between the ages of 9 to 14 is on the rise, I sought to explore whether social media can contribute to addictive behaviours and mental health problems. |
