| Abstract | The purpose of this project was to create an experiment to acquire an answer to the question: Can white noise or no sound improve focus better than music? This experiment demonstrates the effects of different kinds of sounds, including music, white noise, and no sound, on the concentration levels of participants, and provides an answer as to which of the mentioned types helps improve focus the best. |
