| Abstract | I wanted to create an ice cream that would last longer so the people eating it would have time to enjoy it. I also wanted to help bring in more profits to the companies selling this ice cream. But I still wanted to keep it tasting the same so it would still sell. Along with making it last longer I also wanted to increase the expiration date of the ice cream. So stores can sell it for longer creating a better profit. |
